Repost Remover - TidyTok
Your Privacy Choices
Effective date: September 2, 2026
1. Overview
At Repost Remover - TidyTok (“TidyTok”, “the App”), I respect your privacy and your right to control how personal data and device identifiers are used. Depending on your jurisdiction (such as the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, or certain US states), you have specific legal rights to consent to, customize, or revoke permissions for personalized advertising and data processing.
This page provides clear, step-by-step instructions on how you can manage your advertising consent (UMP), configure iOS App Tracking Transparency (ATT) permissions, and submit a data deletion request.
2. Changing Ad Consent in TidyTok (UMP)
The App serves ads through Google AdMob and its advertising partners. If you are located in a region requiring consent (such as the EEA and UK under GDPR), a consent dialog powered by Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP) may be presented when you choose to watch a rewarded ad in the App.
If Privacy Choices is available in Settings, you can review, modify, or revoke your advertising consent there:
How to change your UMP consent in TidyTok
- Open the TidyTok app on your iPhone or iPad.
- Tap Settings (the gear icon).
- Tap Privacy Choices (available when required in your region).
-
The consent management dialog will open. From here, you can:
- Grant, refuse, or revoke consent for personalized advertising. Depending on your region and choices, this may result in non-personalized or limited ads;
- Manage granular choices for ad partners and processing purposes under “Manage options”.
- Confirm your selection. The changes take effect immediately.
3. Managing App Tracking Transparency (ATT) in iOS Settings
Apple’s App Tracking Transparency framework requires your explicit permission before an app can track your activity across apps and websites owned by other companies for targeted advertising or ad measurement purposes.
You can grant, deny, or revoke this permission at any time in your iOS device settings using either of the following methods:
Option A: Via TidyTok App Settings
- Open the iOS Settings app on your device.
- Scroll down to the list of installed apps and tap TidyTok.
- Toggle Allow Tracking on or off according to your preference.
Option B: Via Privacy & Security Settings
- Open the iOS Settings app.
- Tap Privacy & Security.
- Tap Tracking.
- Find TidyTok in the list and toggle the switch on or off.
- Tip: You can also toggle off Allow Apps to Request to Track at the top of that screen to deny tracking requests for all apps automatically.
You can also manage Apple-delivered personalized advertising by navigating in iOS Settings to Privacy & Security > Apple Advertising and toggling Personalized Ads. Please note that Apple Advertising settings control Apple’s own ad services and do not manage Google AdMob or other third-party ads within the App.
4. Data Deletion Request & Procedure
I believe in data minimization and transparency regarding what data exists and how it can be deleted:
No Developer Database
As described in my Privacy Policy, I do not maintain developer-controlled backend databases storing your TikTok credentials, repost history, personal identity, or user account records. The App operates as a client tool that directly communicates with TikTok and the third-party SDKs mentioned in my policy.
Deleting Local App Data on Your Device
Most temporary cache and operational data stored locally on your iPhone or iPad can be removed. Because certain security records in the iOS Keychain may persist after an application is removed, the recommended sequence is to log out first before uninstalling:
- Log out: If you are signed into TikTok in the App, tap Log Out in TidyTok Settings to clear active session credentials.
- Uninstall the App: Delete or uninstall the TidyTok application from your iOS device. This action removes the App’s local sandbox data, caches, and preferences.
Deleting Support Communications & Personal Correspondence
If you have previously contacted me via email (e.g. for support or feedback) and wish to have your email address, message history, and associated personal data permanently deleted:
How to submit a data deletion request
- Send an email to dev.go.viral@gmail.com.
- Use the subject line: TidyTok Data Deletion Request.
- In the body of the message, specify the email address(es) you used to contact me and confirm your request for permanent deletion.
Processing Timeline: I will acknowledge receipt of your request and permanently purge your correspondence from my email system within 30 days of verification, free of charge.
Third-Party Service Providers
Third-party SDK providers integrated into the App may collect pseudonymous diagnostic, advertising, or analytics data. You can exercise your deletion and opt-out rights directly with those providers:
- Google AdMob & Firebase: Visit Google My Ad Center and review Google's Privacy Policy.
- TikTok: Manage account permissions, connected apps, and data via your TikTok account settings or review the TikTok Privacy Policy.
- Amplitude: Review data handling and privacy rights at Amplitude Privacy.
- Adapty: Review subscription data practices at Adapty End-Users Privacy.
