Terms of Use

1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Pavel Klimchyk (“I”, “me”, or “my”) governing your use of the Repost Remover - TidyTok iOS application (the “App”). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. What the App does

Repost Remover - TidyTok helps you retrieve, review, and remove reposts associated with a TikTok account you connect. Features may depend on TikTok, Apple, internet connectivity, and other third-party services. Their availability or behavior can change without notice.

3. Eligibility

You must be legally able to agree to these Terms and must meet all age and account requirements imposed by applicable law, TikTok, and the App Store. If you are not old enough to enter into these Terms on your own, a parent or legal guardian must approve your use where permitted by law.

4. TikTok account and authorization

You may connect only an account that you own or are expressly authorized to manage. You are responsible for keeping your device and account access secure and for activity initiated through the App.

You authorize the App to access the TikTok information needed to show your reposts and to submit repost-removal actions that you select. Removing a repost may be immediate and may not be reversible through the App. Review your selections carefully before confirming an action.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the App for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose;
  • access or attempt to manage an account without authorization;
  • interfere with, overload, reverse engineer, or circumvent the security or operation of the App or a third-party service, except where applicable law expressly permits it;
  • use the App in a manner that violates TikTok’s or Apple’s applicable terms, policies, or rights; or
  • use automated or abusive behavior that could disrupt the App or TikTok.

6. No affiliation with TikTok

Repost Remover - TidyTok is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TikTok or ByteDance. TikTok names, trademarks, logos, and services belong to their respective owners.

7. Subscriptions and in-app purchases

Some App features may require a subscription or other in-app purchase. Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store and are also subject to Apple’s terms.

Your Apple ID account is charged when you confirm a purchase. Auto-renewing subscriptions renew unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. Apple may charge your account for renewal within 24 hours before that period ends. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID subscription settings. Uninstalling the App does not cancel a subscription.

Apple controls billing and refund decisions. Refunds are available only as required by applicable law or Apple’s policies.

8. Third-party services

The App relies on or interacts with third-party services, including TikTok, Firebase, Adapty, Amplitude, and Apple. Your use of those services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies. I do not control and am not responsible for changes, interruptions, restrictions, content, or decisions made by third-party services.

9. Privacy

Please read the Privacy Policy for Repost Remover - TidyTok to understand how information is handled in connection with the App.

10. Intellectual property

The App, including its original software, interface, text, and design, is owned by me or my licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the App for its intended purpose. They do not transfer any ownership rights to you.

11. Updates, availability, and termination

I may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the App where reasonably necessary, including because of technical, security, legal, or third-party platform changes. I may restrict or terminate access if you materially violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time. Subscription cancellation must be completed separately through Apple.

12. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the App is provided “as is” and “as available.” I do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, compatibility with every device, error-free operation, or the completeness or current accuracy of information received from TikTok or other third parties.

You are responsible for confirming which reposts you want removed. I am not responsible for an action you select, a TikTok-side change, an account restriction, or the inability to restore a removed repost, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of data, loss of account access, lost profits, or losses caused by third-party services arising from your use of or inability to use the App.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Poland, except that consumers retain any mandatory protections and rights to bring proceedings available under the laws of their country of residence.

15. Changes to these terms

I may update these Terms when the App, third-party services, or legal requirements change. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a new effective date. If a change materially affects your rights, notice may also be provided in the App where appropriate. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
